We enjoyed a bit of a lazy morning this morning and casually packed up the truck. We went to Ocean’s Beach for awhile, walked the pier, played in the sand & watched the surfers. Then we took a drive to Coronado Island. After a little sight-seeing we set our course back to Goodyear. After a couple of very full days, this one was pretty uneventful :) We stayed at the same hotel we did our first night in Goodyear nearly two weeks ago, and had our final unload at a hotel. We are looking forward to settling into “our” Havasu home for the next month, although we really have a good system down now for hotel stays :)

You can rent fishing rods to fish off the pier, kids had fun watching the fishermen catch *tiny* fish. ☺

In Yuma on route to Goodyear, the kids used their Starbucks Birthday gift cards to enjoy a cool drink - Thanks Grandma & Grandpa V!!!
